Stephen Filipponi was born and raised in New York City and brings his love and knowledge to the City every day. Born in Manhattan, Stephen has owned and rented apartments in many neighborhoods, from Prospect Heights to Midtown West, and is committed to helping his clients find the home and neighborhood that is perfect for them. Stephen's knowledge of New York City and flair for understanding his client's needs make him a reliable, friendly, and fun partner in this important and sometimes complex process.

Stephen has enjoyed many years as a successful real estate before joining and is thrilled to be a new member of the Barak and Blackburn Team. In his free time, Stephen enjoys traveling and volunteering. Recently, he helped to build a school in Malawi. Stephen has a real passion for cooking and fine dining and spends a lot of time in his and takes advantage of the wonderful restaurants in the City.
